02 — Do you build the websites, or just design them?
We do both. In fact, we prefer to build. We typically deploy on high-performance stacks (Webflow, Headless) to ensure the design intent matches the final interaction. We deliver a fully functional, modular system.
03 — What is the typical timeline?
It depends on the scope, but we move fast.
⟶ Studio (Fix/Refresh): Typically 10–12 weeks.
⟶ Venture Build (Launch): Strictly 14 weeks.
We use a “Diagnose → Decide → Deploy” cadence to prevent the infinite revisions that plague most agency projects.
04 — We have an internal marketing team. How do you fit in?
We act as “Special Forces.” We come in to build the operating system for your team. We handle the heavy strategic lift and the initial build. Then, we train your internal team to drive it. We hand over the keys, the templates, and the governance so you aren’t dependent on us.

No. Brand OS™ is an operating model. It is a collection of strategic decisions, visual rules, and digital assets structured to work together like software. It ensures that your brand behaves consistently across every touchpoint, from your sales deck to your homepage.
06 — How does AI fit into your work?
We use AI aggressively for leverage, not as a crutch. Through Xumu Labs, we use synthetic media and AI workflows to prototype faster and create assets (like synthetic talent or sonic branding) that would be cost-prohibitive with traditional production. We disclose our use of AI and ensure it aligns with your risk profile.
07 — We are in stealth or pre-revenue. Is this too early?
Not for Venture Build. If you are pre-launch, this is actually the best time to engage. We can help you define the category and build the narrative before you burn capital on a confusing go-to-market strategy.
08 — What happens after the project ends?
We design for ownership transfer. You receive the Integrated Asset Stack and the Owner’s Manual. We define the governance rules so your team can scale the brand without breaking it. If you need ongoing support for high-stakes moments (like a Series B deck or a brand film), we re-engage via Labs.
