The Challenge
To build Hong Kong’s most advanced XR and Virtual Production facility from the ground up—during a global pandemic. The goal was not just to build a studio, but to define a new category of content creation in Asia.

The Intervention
We didn’t just design the brand; we acted as a co-founder. We executed a full Venture Build to align the physical, digital, and operational layers.

Space 🡒 Led the spatial design and technical integration of the LED volume.
